The vast Matka Canyon is a protected natural reserve and home to several medieval monasteries, amazing caves and a wide variety of plants and animals.

Located just 15km from Skopje, with its steep cliffs and limestone rocks, it is Macedonia's most popular climbing area. The climbing season begins around Easter and ends in November.

This tour is oriented for people who are beginning to learn the skills in rock climbing and want to practice in a safe environment.

There are many other routes with different grades of difficulty for the advanced climbers who are looking for some real challenge and adrenaline.
